For several years, we have benefited from labels that allow us to continuously improve the quality of our experiences and products. We have also been selected to be members of networks and to play an active role in our region. Here’s a brief overview of our networks and valuable labels.

Labels:

“Qualité Tourisme” (Tourism quality): this brand, created by the French government, is awarded to professionals who welcome visitors in the tourism sector. Obtaining this label is the result of a long journey towards excellence. Everything is meticulously examined - the environment, attractiveness of the location and offer, conviviality, values upheld by the establishment, safety, hygiene, etc. All scrutinized according to a detailed assessment grid. When a score above 80/100 is achieved, an unannounced inspection visit is carried out to verify and ensure that the promises and commitments are indeed being upheld. It’s a mark of recognition for establishments that offer quality services to their visitors, whether they are well-known destinations or hidden gems, large groups with international renown, or small independent establishments. All are grouped under this Qualité Tourisme™ label to guarantee an excellent welcome. Since 2018, the Domaine L’Essentiel de Lavande has been doing its utmost to stay close to these quality standards.

The “AB Agriculture biologique” (Organic Agriculture) label: this label is aligned with the criteria of the European Union's organic label. Control visits by specialized audit firms are conducted several times a year. We cultivate lavender and lavandin using mechanical and manual means. Weedkillers are banned from our domain, no synthetic molecules are used in our fields in order to produce pure and natural essential oils, free from synthetic chemical residues. These essential oils are then stored at the Domain, packaged in spray bottles, droppers, or incorporated into a range of organic cosmetic products, all for well-being. Sincere and committed, L’Essentiel de Lavande aims to offer you the best, year after year.

Vallée de la Gastronomie (The Gastonomy Valley): From Dijon to Marseille, a 620 km journey is offered to taste explorers. Unique experiences with talented men and women are provided. It’s an opportunity to reveal exceptional products to the world. Since 2022, our chic picnics have been among the featured offer of the Vallée de la Gastronomie! An honor for us.

Drôme, c’est ma nature (Drôme, It's My Nature): As an ambassador for the Drôme attractiveness agency "Drôme, c'est ma nature", Odile Guerpillon-Tassi loves to create connections and excels in the art of meeting and sharing. Originally from Lyon and now a Drôme local by heart, she always joyfully promotes the uniqueness of the Drôme region.

Bienvenue à la Ferme (Welcome to the Farm): A brand of the Chamber of Agriculture and a commitment to quality. Through its hospitality, products, and Domain, L’Essentiel de Lavande honors sustainable and responsible agriculture, rooted in a unique terroir.
